Terms and conditions of repair parts:  Products are guaranteed to be free of defects for the warranty period (warranty period is based on brand – refer to above or warranty card in product carton). This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of furniture parts and components. For all issues related to post sale service such as parts replacement, warranty claims, assembly tips, defective product disposition, call Consumer Service at 800-950-4782. No credit will be issued for defective products without prior authorization.
